Yakhni Pulao with Creamy Namkeen Boti
Guard: Supreme

Ingredients for Creamy Namkeen Boti:
Chicken Thighs (boneless cubes) 700 g
Yogurt 1 cup
Cream 2 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Green Chili paste 1 tbsp
Salt 1 ½ tsp / to taste
White pepper powder ½ tbsp
Coriander powder ½ tbsp
Lemon Juice 2 tbsp
Oil ¼ cup
Oil (for cooking) 2-3 tbsp

Ingredients for Yakhni Pulao:
Guard Basmati Rice 2 ½ cups
Water as required
Oil ½ cup
Onion (sliced) 1 cup
Whole spices 1 ½ tbsp
Water (for cooking) 1/4 cup
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Chicken Stock 4 cups
Salt 1 tbsp / to taste
Green Chilies 3-4
Guard Basmati Rice (soaked)
Salad as required

Directions for Creamy Namkeen Boti Preparation:
1. In a bowl add yogurt, cream, ginger garlic paste, salt, white pepper, coriander powder, lemon juice, oil, chicken and coat well. Let it marinate for 30 minutes to 2 hours.
2. Tread the marinated chicken cubes on a skewer. Heat oil on a grill pan and place the chicken skewers, cook until fully cooked through. Your Creamy Namkeen Boti is ready.
Directions for Yakhni Pulao Preparation:
3. In a bowl add Guard Basmatic Rice, water and soak for 20-25 minutes.
4. Heat oil in a pot. Cook onion until golden brown. Add whole spices and cook for a minute. Add ginger garlic paste and cook for another minute.
5. Add chicken stock and salt. Bring it to a boil. Add soaked rice and green chiles and let cook until 80% water has evaporated.
6. Cover with lid and steam for 10-12 minutes over low flame.
7. Your Yakhni Pulao is ready, serve it with salad, Creamy Namkeen Boti and enjoy.
