In a bowl add yogurt, cream, ginger garlic paste, salt, white pepper, coriander powder, lemon juice, oil, chicken and coat well. Let it marinate for 30 minutes to 2 hours. 2. Tread the marinated chicken cubes on a skewer. Heat oil on a grill pan and place the chicken skewers, cook until fully cooked through. Your Creamy Namkeen Boti is ready.Directions for Yakhni Pulao Preparation:3. In a bowl add Guard Basmatic Rice, water and soak for 20-25 minutes.4. Heat oil in a pot. Cook onion until golden brown.
