懶人XO醬芝士撈公仔麵

2人份

材料 :
公仔麵2包(約200克)
牛油 1湯匙
芝士4片
蘑菇 30 克
煙肉 60 克
忌廉80亳升
番荽 (切碎,裝飾用)

調味料:
李錦記XO醬2.5湯匙

做法:
1. 公仔麵煮熟盛乾後備用
2. 落牛油,炒熟蘑菇及煙肉
3. 慢煮忌廉,加芝士煮至溶,加上公仔麵和XO醬即可進食

Stewed Instant Noodle with Cheese and XO sauce
2 servings

Ingredients:
Instant Noodle 2pcs (Approx. 200g)
Butter 1tbsp
Cheese 4pcs
Mushroom 30g (Sliced)
Bacon 60g
Cream 80ml
Parsley (Roughly chopped, for garnishing)

Seasoning: Lee Kum Kee XO Sauce 2 1/2 tbsp

Directions:
1. Cook the noodles until soft, take out for further use
2. Add butter, sauté mushroom and bacon until cooked
3. Simmer the cream and add cheese until melted. Add the noodles and XO sauce. Ready to serve.
