Be sure to check out http://mindovermunch.com SUBSCRIBE for new videos!http://bit.ly/MindOverMunch BURGER BITESINGREDIENTS (Burger Bites) Wonton wrappers (you can find these in your local grocery store in the refrigerated section, usually near the tofu!) 1/2 tsp oil 1 tsp garlic 3/4 cup onion 1/2 lb extra lean ground turkey breast 1 cup spinach 1/2 cup tomato 2 Tbsp pickles or relish 1/4 tsp garlic powder 1/4 tsp onion powder 1/2 tsp paprika 1/2 tsp salt and pepper 1 egg white Low fat cheddar cheesePROCEDURE 1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook onions and garlic in oil. 2. Add ground turkey, breaking up the meat as it browns. 3. Add spinach, tomatoes, pickles, garlic/onion powder, paprika and salt and pepper. 4. Cook 6-10 minutes, until meat is cooked and spinach is wilted. 5. Preheat oven to 400F. 6. Assemble bites, filling each wonton with 1 tsp of meat mixture and 1/2 tsp low fat cheddar. Using your finger, brush water along the sides of the wonton wrapper to help seal as you press ends together. Use a fork to crimp along the edges. Store assembled wontons under plastic wrap until all are completed to prevent drying. Yields ABOUT 30 assembled wontons. 7. Brush egg white on wontons and place on baking sheet lined with foil and sprayed. 8.
