Here's a truffle cake prepared with white chocolate as a treat for you & your partner on this special day!WHITE CHOCOLATE TRUFFLE CAKEIngredientsBase12-15 digestive biscuits10-12 almonds, roughly chopped15-16 pistachios, roughly chopped1 cup white chocolate chopped½ cup melted butterFilling2½ cups fresh cream2 cups white chocolate2 tbsps butterGarnish Method 1. In a grinding jar take biscuits, almonds, pistachios, white chocolate and melted butter, grind to a fine powder.2. Transfer this to a spring bottom cake tin, spread it evenly and press it firmly. Refrigerate it for 20-25 minutes.3. Heat fresh cream in a nonstick pan. Add this to the chopped chocolate, add butter and mix well until all the chocolate has melted. This is chocolate ganache.4.
