Method of Preparation:
To make Wheat flout noodles at home quickly and easily.
Take a cup of Wheat Flour in a mixing bowl with an egg and some water knead it into a tight dough.
Take a portion of the dough roll it into a roti, sprinkle it with some flour.
Fold it and cut them into noodles and separate them as in the video.
If not cooking it immediately sprinkle some flour and can be cooked later.
Now, will cook the Wheat Flour Noodles, take 3/4 Water in a Pan.
Add 1 Tsp of Oil and 1/2 a Tsp of Salt and let it boil with a lid.
Add wheat noodles to the boiling water cook for 2 Min.
Drain off the hot water, place them all on a sieve, and pour some cold water.
Heat 1 1/2 Tbs Oil to a Pan, add 1 Tbs of finely chopped Garlic.
Add 1 chopped Onion and fry till transparent, add 3 Green Chilies chopped.
Add 1 chopped Carrot & Capsicum each, any veggies of our choice can be added.
Place a lid and let it cook for 2 Min.
Add a Tsp of Chili Sauce, 1 Tbs Vinegar, 1 Tbs Tomato Ketchup & a Tsp Soya Sauce.
Mix them all well, add 1 Tsp Salt & 1/2 a Tsp Pepper Powder and some finely chopped Coriander.
Add home-made Wheat Noodles, toss them well cook for a moment, put off the flame.
Tasty and healthy Home-made Wheat Flour Noodles with loads of Veggies is ready.
Serve it hot and relish.
