Wheat flour Cake | గోధుమ పిండి, బెల్లంతో స్పాంజ్ కేక్ ఒవేన్ లేకుండా | Eggless Spong | Atta Cake#wheatcake #wheatflourcake #cakerecipe #cakewithoutoven #cakeinteluguMethod of Preparation:To a mixing bowl add 1/2 a cup grated Jaggery, add 1/4 cup of Hot Water & mix it well till it Jaggery melts.Add 1/2 a cup of fresh Orange juice, or any other fruit juice can be added & mix them all well.Add 2 Tbs Cherries, Yellow, Black, Green Raisins, 2 Tbs of Dry Dates & Kixi pieces, 2 Tbs Tutti, Fruti mix them all.Soak them all for a minimum of an hour's time, the more it is soaked the tastier it is. Soak/Marinate them with a lid.Take another mixing bowl add 2 Tbs Curd blend it soft, add 1/4 cup milk & mix well and buttermilk is ready.Add 2 Tbs Cashews, Walnut, & Almonds or any other nuts can be added, add 1 Tbs of White Flour.Take a wide & thick bottomed pan, add 1/4 kg Salt in it place a lid & preheat the pan on medium flame with a lid on it.In meantime will prepare the batter now, to the soaked fruits add 1/4 cup of oil & mix ( any vegetable oil can be added).Add 1 Cup of Wheat Flour, 1 Tsp of Baking Powder, 1/2 Tsp of Baking Soda, 1/4 Tsp of Cinnamon Powder, & Dry Ginger Powder each.Then, add 2 Tsp of Corn Flour and mix them all well, add buttermilk stirring it till we get the required consistency.Now, add the dry fruit/Nuts mixture to it.Take a baking tray, grease it with some oil spread it with butter paper.If butter paper is not available sprinkle some dry flour on the greased tray.Pour batter till the half to the tray, tap it once to remove the air bubbles.Garnish it with some Nuts/Dry Fruits.Place a stand in the preheated vessel, and place the baking tray on it.Bake it on low flame for 40 to 50 Min with a lid on it.If baking it in an oven bake at 200 Degrees Celsius for 50 to 60 Min.After 40 Min prick a toothpick if it comes out clean it baked, let it cool down.enjoy the delicious Wheat Flour Cake.
