This yummy Sugar Free Eggless Atta Cake recipe is a healthier alternative to the usual cakes that are made with sugar and maida. Made with Jaggery, this cake is very delicious and I am sure you'll like it. I chose jaggery in this recipe for sweetness as it is fairly common in many households and also a healthy alternative.

Baking a delicious cake with a very few ingredients is a dream. If it is eggless and if it is something that can be baked without an oven, that’s a bonus point. Whole wheat flour and jaggery just makes this cake right and guilty free. Simple, delicious and budget friendly!

INGREDIENTS :
* 1/2 cup Jaggery - 100 gms
* 1/4 cup Oil (refined) - 60 ml
* 1/4 cup Curd/Yogurt - 60 ml
* 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
* 1 cup Whole Wheat Flour - 135 gms
* 1 tsp Baking Powder
* 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
* 1/8 tsp Salt
* 1/2 cup Milk (at room temperature) - 120 ml
* Cashews and Tutti Frutti
