WHAT OUR VEGAN KIDS EAT 5 days, 5 dinners!

This video highlights 5 dinner meals that we provided to our two vegan kids (3yrs and 2yrs old) over 5 days.

Sometimes you win, sometimes you lose! The key to success is a good plate of variety so they don't get bored, and to have them eating something similar to yours - don't get in the habit of cooking separate meals for everyone!

We strive to provide our kids with as much nutrient as we can possibly provide, with a variety of meals throughout the day.

I am not a dietitian or expert on nutrient, so if you are looking for a better understanding on what your vegan kids should be eating please seek professional advice.
