What I like to do over the weekend

P.S. Yes there is tempeh on this and yes I know to make tempeh there beans are cooked before fermenting. I consider fermented foods (regardless of their pre-fermented cooked or not cooked status) to be ALIVE and LIVING foods as long as the finished product is UNpasteurized like this tempeh we got in LA. Its very rare to find unpasteurized truly alive tempeh unless you make it yourself so when we do find it UNpasteutized. We get some! I consider unpasteurized ferments to still be a living food which has its place in a raw diet because its ALIVE and full of enzymatic and bacterial life!
