Mushroom & Egg Sandwich with apple:Serves 3
Ingredients:
mushroom 200 gms
eggs 2
onion: 1
coconut oil: 1 tsp
green chilli: 1
salt as needed
black pepper: 1/3 tsp
spring onion: 3-4 sprigs
1 slice of brown bread
1/2 apple

Lunch:
Boiled sweet potato with spicy curd raita: Serves: 1
1 1/2 sweet potato boiled
1/2 cup curd
1 tsp coconut oil
1 tsp kashmiri chilli powder
salt as needed
1/2 onion, choppped
curry leaves

Dinner:
Gluten free roti with moringa moong dal curry and 3-4 raw shallots.
Ingredients:
1 cup soaked moong dal
2-3 garlic cloves
1/2 tsp turmeric
1 tomato
1 1/2 to 2 cups of water
1/2 cup chopped moringa leaves (you can use palak leaves instead)
1 tsp desi ghee
1/2 tsp jeera
4 red chilies
1/4 tsp hing
2-3 shallots
