I got my raw broken wild rice from https://wildriceguys.com and simply soaked it for 48 hours, draining and changing the water twice. Its super delicious and a fun addition to the raw diet Ive had a hand full of times over the years.

For the Sprouted Lentil Dahl I sprouted Black Lentils for 36 hours, froze and then thawed them along with chopped onions and then added my Cocobutter veggies sauce with extra chili powder and sundried tomatoes.
