Casserole Recipe"
Ingredients:
brussels sprouts
cauliflower
onions
pearl onions
carrots
butternut squash
garlic cloves
turkey bacon

Sauce:
canned pumpkin
almond milk
vegetable broth
seasonings: salt, garlic powder, garam masala, cumin, sage
carrot puree
nutritional yeast

Roast your veggies toss with a little olive oil, salt & pepper, and roast at about 400-425 for 20-30 minutes.
Blend your sauce and season to taste.
Mix the sauce and vegetables in a large dish.
Top with breadcrumbs.
Bake for an additional 20-30 minutes.
Devour!
