corn chaat recipe, 3 ways

For spicy masala corn
1 cup boiled sweet corn kernels
tbsp butter
tsp chilli powder
tsp chaat masala
1 tsp lemon juice
Salt to taste

For peri peri corn
1 cup boiled sweet corn kernels
tbsp butter
1 tsp peri peri masala
1 tsp lemon juice

For chilli cheese corn
1 cup boiled sweet corn kernels
tbsp butter
1 tsp finely chopped green chillies
cup grated cheese
1 tsp finely chopped coriander

For spicy masala corn
1. In a deep bowl, add boiled sweet corns, butter, chilli powder, chaat masala, lemon juice and salt to taste.
2. Toss well. Serve immediately.

For peri peri masala corn
1. In a deep bowl, add boiled sweet corn kernels, butter, peri peri masala and lemon juice.
2. Toss well. Serve immediately.
For chilli cheese corn
1. In a deep bowl , add boiled sweet corn kernels, butter, green chillies, grated cheese, and coriander.
2. Toss well. Serve immediately.
