Watermelon Sorbet
Servings: 2

INGREDIENTS
1/2 watermelon
200ml vanilla ice cream
2 tablespoons honey
Some red food coloring
Some chocolate chips

PREPARATION
1. Scoop out the watermelon flesh. Crush the flesh in a plastic bag. Save the rind. (You will use it as a bowl.)

2. Strain the watermelon (1) to remove seeds.

3. Put (2), vanilla ice cream, and honey in a bowl. Stir well with a hand blender. Add red food coloring and stir more.

4. Chill (3) in the freeezer for 4 hours. Stir every hour.

5. Spoon (4) into the watermelon bowl (1). Put some chocolate chips on top.

6. Enjoy!
