Crush the flesh in a plastic bag. Save the rind. (You will use it as a bowl.) 2. Strain the watermelon (1) to remove seeds.3. Put (2), vanilla ice cream, and honey in a bowl. Stir well with a hand blender. Add red food coloring and stir more.4. Chill (3) in the freeezer for 4 hours. Stir every hour.5. Spoon (4) into the watermelon bowl (1).
