Watermelon Cooler

Ingredients for watermelon cooler:
Watermelon (cubes) 2 cups
Black salt 1 tsp
Sugar 1 tbsp
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Shan Chaat Masala 1 tbsp
Ice cubes as required

Ingredients for mint watermelon cooler:
Watermelon juice 2 cups
Mint leaves 1 cup
Honey 1 tbsp
Black salt 1 tsp
Shan Chaat Masala 1 tbsp
Ice cubes as required

Directions for watermelon cooler preparations:
1. In a blender add watermelon juice, black salt, sugar, Shan chaat masala and blend well.
2. Strain the juice with sieve. Add ice cubes, watermelon cooler in a glass, sprinkle Shan Chaat masala and your watermelon cooler is ready.
Directions for Mint watermelon cooler preparation:
3. In a blender add watermelon juice, mint leaves, honey, black salt, shan chaat masala and blend well.
4. Add ice cubes, mint watermelon cooler in a glass, sprinkle Shan Chaat Masala and your mint-watermelon cooler is ready.
