We'll start snacking in late July / early August and feature a new snack every Friday.Subscribe and tell your friends!Here's how I shot the clip, if you're interested.We set up on a tripod, but it had to be on a swivel to pan down for the apple, so it was hard to keep it steady enough for a traditional split screen job. I intended to wipe right with the oncoming bus to make it look like it connected with my body as I jumped out of frame, but that wasn't working, and it turned out I didn't have to do that anyway.I sped the video (about 5x) at the point where I jump out of the shot, so it only takes about 6 frames. Right when my body leaves the shot I cut to the bus. The sound effects and the speed of the bus mask it pretty well. We made sure the bus fills the screen so the cut is pretty hard to spot.That being said, if you watch it frame by frame, it becomes painfully obvious that the bus comes nowhere near me. So, good enough for a 24 second gag ... but just barely.Thanks for the comments.
