If you are hosting a party at home, you need to try this delicious chicken tikka with a spice hit of wasabi. The recipe is made to impress. WASABI CHICKEN TIKKAIngredients½ teaspoon wasabi250 grams boneless chicken leg, cut into pieces½ cup hung yogurtSalt to tasteCrushed black peppercorns to taste1 tablespoon lemon juice1 tablespoon spinach puree2 tablespoons fresh cream½ teaspoon garam masala powder1 tablespoon oil + for greasing1 medium yellow bell pepper1 medium red bell pepperMint mayonnaise as requiredSmall onion rings for garnishingSmall radish square slices for garnishingSlices cheery tomatoes for garnishingMicro greens for garnishingMethod1. Take hung yogurt in a bowl. Add wasabi, salt, crushed peppercorns, lemon juice and spinach puree and mix well.2. Add cream and mix. Add garam masala powder and mix. Add oil and mix. Add chicken pieces and mix well. Refrigerate to marinate for 1-2 hours.3. Preheat oven to 200º C.4. Cut yellow bell pepper and red bell pepper into cubes.5. Insert 1 yellow bell pepper cube, 1 chicken pieces, 1 red bell pepper cube, 1 chicken piece and 1 yellow bell pepper into each bamboo skewer.6. Line a baking tray with an aluminium foil, grease with some oil and place the prepared skewers.7. Put the tray into the preheated oven and bake for 10-12 minutes.8. Put some mint mayonnaise on one side of a serving platter and spread using a comb to create a pattern.9. Garnish with few onion rings, radish cubes, cherry tomato slices and micro greens.
