Walnut Bars recipe
Ingredients:
1 cup Walnuts
1 cup Ghee
2 cup Gram flour
1/4 cup Semolina
1 cup Jaggery

Directions for walnut bars:
In a pan roast the walnuts for 1 to 2 minutes. Then keep it aside and chop it off.
Then in a pan add ghee, gram flour then add semolina and mix it now.
Cook it well, until it changes in light golden color for 8 to 10 minutes.
Now add jaggery and cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Stir continuously on middle low flame.
In last add chopped walnuts, mix well and pour mixture in a baking tray.
Cool it on room temperature then cut into bars and enjoy your walnut bars with chai.

Preparation time: 10-15 minutes
Cooking time: 20-25 minutes
Serving: 4-5 persons
