長年続くきのこVSたけのこの争い…今回はケーキの上でバトル!!!きのこがたっぷりとのったドームケーキ。竹の間に竹の子が生えている二層のケーキ。全国の「きのこ」ファンと「たけのこ」信者に捧ぐ2種のレシピです♪ぜひ、作ってみてくださいね!■きのこケーキ5号型1台分材料:〈抹茶クリーム〉生クリーム 150ml砂糖 大さじ2抹茶パウダー 小さじ1.5マスカルポーネ 100g〈アイシング〉粉砂糖 70g卵白 10g水 適量スポンジケーキ 5号 (2枚にスライス)食紅(赤)いちご(半分に切っておく) 4個きのこチョコ 20個石チョコ 適量コルネ(絞り袋) 2枚 作り方: 1. 抹茶クリームを作る。ボウルに生クリーム50ml、砂糖、抹茶パウダーを入れ、ハンドミキサーでよく混ぜる。 抹茶パウダーが溶けたら残りの生クリームを入れて泡立て、マスカルポーネを加えて8分立てに泡立てる。2. 小さめのボウルにラップを敷き、スポンジケーキを一枚入れる。抹茶クリームを入れていちごを並べ、抹茶クリームを上から重ねる。2枚目のスポンジケーキをかぶせ、ラップをかけて1時間冷やす。3. アイシングを作る。ボウルに卵白を入れて混ぜる。粉砂糖を加え、ツヤが出るまで混ぜる。粉っぽさが残っていたら水を数滴ずつ加えて混ぜる。4. (3)の半分を小さめのボウルに入れ、赤い食紅を加えて混ぜる。白と赤のアイシングをコルネに入れ、きのこチョコに水玉模様をつける。5. (2)を冷蔵庫から取り出し、皿にひっくり返す。ヘラで全体に抹茶クリームを塗り、抹茶パウダーと粉砂糖をふりかける。石チョコを並べてきのこチョコを刺したら、完成!■たけのこケーキ5号型1台分材料:〈抹茶クリーム〉生クリーム 150ml砂糖 大さじ2抹茶パウダー 小さじ1.5マスカルポーネ 100g〈アイシング〉粉砂糖 70g卵白 10g水 適量抹茶パウダー 小さじ1スポンジケーキ 5号 (2枚にスライス)バナナ(スライスしておく) 1本クレープスティックチョコ 9本ビスケット 5枚コルネ(絞り袋) 1枚たけのこチョコ 10個 作り方:1. アイシングを作る。ボウルに卵白を入れて泡立て器で混ぜる。粉砂糖を加えてツヤが出るまで混ぜる。粉っぽさが残っていたら水を数滴ずつ加えて混ぜる。2. 抹茶パウダー小さじ1を混ぜ入れ、コルネに入れる。クッキングシートに笹の葉の形を絞り出す。クッキングシートから剥がせるまで、5時間ほど乾かす。3. クレープスティックチョコに数カ所アイシングを絞り出し、(2)の笹の葉をつける。抹茶パウダーを振りかける。4. 抹茶クリームを作る。ボウルに生クリーム50ml、砂糖、抹茶パウダーを入れ、ハンドミキサーでよく混ぜる。 抹茶パウダーが溶けたら残りの生クリームを入れて泡立て、マスカルポーネを加えて8分立てに泡立てる。5. 皿にスポンジケーキをのせる。抹茶クリームを塗ってスライスしたバナナを並べる。抹茶クリームを上から重ね、2枚目のスポンジケーキをかぶせる。ヘラで全体に抹茶クリームを塗る。6. ビスケットをビニール袋に入れて砕き、(5)の上に振りかける。抹茶パウダーを振りかける。(3)を刺してたけのこチョコをのせたら、完成!===■Mushroom CakeServings: for 1 cake (15cm radius) INGREDIENTSMATCHA CREAM150ml heavy cream2 tablespoons sugar1 1/2 teaspoons matcha powder100g mascarpone ICING70g powdered sugar10g egg whiteswater, as needed2 sponge cakesred food coloring4 strawberries, halved20 mushroom chocolatesrock chocolates2 piping bags PREPARATION1. Make the matcha cream. In a bowl, whip together 50ml of heavy cream, sugar, and matcha powder with an electric mixer. Once the matcha has dissolved, add the remaining heavy cream and whip once more. Add the mascarpone and whip to stiff peaks.2. Line a small bowl with plastic wrap. Place one sponge cake into the bowl. Spoon in some matcha cream and place the halved strawberries inside. Top with a layer of matcha cream and cover with the second cake. Cover and chill for at least an hour. 3. Make the icing. Whisk the egg whites until slightly frothy. Add the powdered sugar and whisk until smooth, adding water if needed.4. Transfer half of the icing into a small bowl and add red food coloring to make a pink shade. Put the white and pink icing into piping bags and decorate the mushroom chocolates with polka dots. 5. Take the cake out of the fridge and turn out onto a plate. With a spatula, cover the cake with matcha cream and sprinkle with matcha powder and powdered sugar. Place rock chocolates around the cake, and stick the mushroom chocolates on top of the cake.6. Make the icing. Whisk the egg whites until slightly frothy. Add the powdered sugar and whisk until smooth, adding water if needed.2. Stir in the matcha powder and transfer into a piping bag. Pipe bamboo leaves onto a sheet of baking paper. Let dry completely, about 5 hours.3. Adhere the bamboo leaves onto the stick cookies with icing. sprinkle with matcha powder. 4. Make the matcha cream. In a bowl, whip together 50ml of heavy cream, sugar, and matcha powder with an electric mixer. Once the matcha has dissolved, add the remaining heavy cream and whip once more. Add the mascarpone and whip to stiff peaks.5. Place a sponge cake onto a plate. Spread a layer of matcha cream and add the sliced bananas on top. Add another layer of sponge cake and cover the entire cake with matcha cream. Smooth out with a spatula. 6. Place the biscuits into a plastic bag and crush.
