So I wanted to do a short run (5km) because I needed to get on this training for the half marathon I am signed up for in August! So I go outside and run - and I had SO MUCH energy that I wanted to see how far I could go before I ran out of steam! Not bad for not running much in the last 6 months! It was so sunny and I am full of living carbs! We got our box today full of organic goodies and I made portabello mushroom pizza's for dinner, slightly warmed up in the dehydrator!
