Vellulli Curry in Telugu | How to make Garlic Curry Recipe | Health Benefits Of Garlic

INGREDIENTS
1. Garlic Cloves - 1 Cup
2. Onions - 1 Cup
3. Tomatoes - 1/2 Cup
4. Tamarind Paste - Paste of 20-30 Grams
5. Black Gram - 1/2 Teaspoon
6. Mustard Seeds - 1/2 Teaspoon
7. Turmeric Powder - 1/2 Teaspoon
8. Curry Leaves - 1/2 Cup
9. Green Chillies - 2
10. Chilli Powder - 1 1/2 Teaspoon
11. Salt - 1 1/2 Teaspoon
12. Coriander Seeds Powder - 1 Teaspoon
13. Cumin-Fenugreek Seeds Powder - 1/4 Teaspoon
14. Jaggery - 1 Teaspoon
15. Garam Masala Powder - 1/4 Teaspoon

Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a pan. Add 1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds, 1/2 teaspoon black gram. As black gram starts to change colour, add garlic cloves. Fry for 2-3 minutes. As they start to change colour, add chopped onions. Add 1/2 teaspoon salt. Add chopped onions and fry. Close the lid. Add 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder and mix. Add 1/2 cup tomato pieces and mix. Fry till tomatoes become soft. Add curry leaves, 1 1/2 teaspoon chilli powder, 1 teaspoon coriander seeds powder, 1/4 teaspoon cumin-fenugreek seeds powder, 1 teaspoon salt and mix. Add tamarind paste or tamarind juice. Add 1 cup water for gravy. Add 1 teaspoon jaggery. Close the lid and cook for 10 minutes. Add 1/4 teaspoon garam masala and mix. Serve hot.
