VEGGIE CEVICHE #recipe

Ingredients:

* 1 can of heart of palms
* 1/2 avocado
* 1/2 block of extra firm tofu or vegan queso fresco (optional)
* 2 serrano peppers
* 1/4 red onion
* 1 tomato
* 1/3 cup nopalitos (cactus)
* Handful cilantro
* 3/4 lime juice
* Salt
* Garlic powder
* Onion salt
* Black pepper
* 1/4 cup green onions
Marinate for at least 15 min enjoy cold with tostadas!
