Ingredients
Boiled sweet potatoes (medium): 2 nos
Grated cheese: 2 teaspoons
Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup: 1 tablespoon
Unsalted butter: 1 teaspoon
Grated carrot: 2 tablespoons
Boiled peas: 2 tablespoons
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste

Method of Preparation
Cut the boiled sweet potatoes into 2 halves lengthwise.
Drain and scoop out, being careful not to break the potatoes, reserve the insides.
Take a bowl, add sweet potato bits, carrot, peas, salt, pepper and Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup.
Fill this mixture in the hollowed out sweet potatoes skins and top it with cheese.
Gratinate it for 5 - 6 mins in the oven at 180°C
Now pack it in the tiffin box.
