#MadeWithDelMonte#DelMonte #rajmachawal #DelMonteOliveOil #chefananyabanerjee #healthyfood Recipe Name- Soya Pulao with Burhani RaitaPART 1: Soya Pulao IngredientsOne cup of soya chunksDel Monte Olive Pomace Oil 3 TablespoonOne bay leafOne tsp cumin seedsTwo medium-sized onions choppedOne teaspoon of garlic pasteOne teaspoon of chopped gingerTwo tomatoes, choppedOne tsp turmeric powderOne tsp coriander powderOne tsp cumin powderOne tsp red chilli powderOne cup of Basmati riceHalf a cup of green peasMint leavesCoriander leavesWaterMethod-Step 1 : Take a cup of soya chunks and soak them in water and then microwave it for one or two minutesStep 2 : Put a pressure cooker on the stove and put 3 tablespoons of olive pomace oilStep 3 : When the oil is hot add bay leaf and whole cumin seedsStep 4 : When the cumin seeds crackle add chopped onionsStep 5 : Fry the onions well till light brown colour Step 6 : Add salt to tasteStep 7 : Add garlic paste and chopped ginger and mix wellStep 8 : Add tomatoes and mix wellStep 9 : Add a teaspoon each of turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder & red chilli powderStep 10 : Fry till oil separates from the spice mixStep 11 : Add the microwaved soyaStep 12 : Mix the soya chunks well with the spice mixStep 13 : Add a cup of basmati rice which is washed and soaked for 15 minutesStep 14 : Mix well and add salt as per tasteStep 15 : Add half a cup of green peasStep 16 : Add a few mint and coriander leaves, choppedStep 17 : Put 2 cups water and cook for 2 whistlesStep 18 : Soya pulao is ready.
