Ingredients:-
Boiled potato: ½ cup
Boiled and crushed green peas: ¼ cup
Finely chopped carrot: ¼ cup
Chopped french beans: 2 tablespoons
Roasted besan: 2 tablespoons
Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup: 1 tablespoon
Salt to taste
Pepper powder: 1 teaspoon
Finely chopped coriander leaves: 2 teaspoons
Finely chopped mint leaves: 2 teaspoons
Kashmiri red chilli powder: 1 teaspoon
Garam masala: ½ teaspoon
Oil: 2 teaspoons
Wooden skewers: 4 sticks

Method of preparation
Heat a pan and roast besan until its aromatic and keep it aside
Mix all the ingredients in the bowl except oil and mix well. It should resemble a dough
Settle the mixture on the wooden skewers and shallow fry it on a pan
Flip it over and cook both the sides evenly until golden brown
Serve the crispy veg skewers in your child's tiffin box.
