Ingredients for Cutlets:
Boiled Potatoes 1/2 kg
Boiled Peas 1 cup
Carrots (shredded) 1/4 cup
Green Chilies (chopped) 3-4
Green Coriander (chopped) 1/4 cup
Garam Masala Powder 1 tsp
Red chili Flakes 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tbsp / to taste
Black Pepper Crushed 1 tbsp
Cumin Powder 1 tsp
Oil for Frying
Bread Crumbs 1/2 cup

Ingredients for Coating:
Bread Crumbs 2 cups
Eggs (Beaten) 4

Directions:
1. In a bowl add boiled (mashed) potatoes, carrots, boiled peas, green chilies, coriander, red chili flakes, salt, garam masala powder, black pepper, cumin powder, and bread crumbs. Mix it well
2. Now give it the shape of a diamond with your hands.
3. Then coat it with egg and flour and repeat the process.
4. Now in a pan heat oil and fry the Vegetable Cutlets until it gets golden brown
5. Your vegetable cutlets are ready to serve.
