This is a nutritional idly prepared with mixed vegetables.http://www.vahrehvah.com/vegetable-adai-idliIngredients:Idli rava 1 CupIdly rice 1 CupUrad dal 2 TablespoonsChana dal 2 TablespoonsCurry leaves 1 SpringsRed chilly 5 NumbersCarrot(finely chopped) 1/2 CupFrench beans(finely chopped) 1/2 CupCorn 1/2 CupCooking soda 1/2 TablespoonsButter milk 1/2 CupSalt 0 ToAsafoetida 1 Pinch Directions:1. Take a bowl and add idli rice, idli rava, urad dal, chana dal, curry leaves, red chilly, water and wash once then strain the water. 2. To it add salt and asafoetida. 3. Now add enough of water just to soak the ingredients for 2 to 4 hours. 4. Then in a mixie jar blend it coarsely to make idli batter and take into a bowl. 5. Add carrot, french beans, corn, cooking soda, buttermilk and mix thoroughly. 6. Take a idli mould and spread oil then pour the batter and steam it for 10 mins. 7.
