250g of washed and diced pumpkin
½ cup of tuvar dal
½ tsp of haldi (turmeric powder)
½ tsp of hing (asafetida)
½ tsp of cumin seeds
½ inch piece of ginger
2 dried red chillies
Kala namak (pink salt) as per taste
Juice of half a lime
Coriander leaves for garnish
