Recipe 1: Masala Vada
Ingredients
1 cup Chana Dal
6-7 Garlic Pods
1 teaspoon Fennel Seeds
1/2 cup Onion, finely chopped
3 Green Chillies, finely chopped
1 tablespoon Coriander Leaves, finely chopped
1 tablespoon Dil Leaves, finely chopped
1 tablespoon Curry Leaves
2 Red Chillies, finely chopped
1/4 teaspoon Asafoetida
Oil
Salt, to taste

Recipe 2: Semiya Payasam
Ingredients
250 ml Water
800 ml Milk
25 grams Sago
100 grams Vermicelli, roasted
50 grams Sugar
200 ml Condensed Milk
1 tablespoon Ghee
10 Cashew Nuts
10 Raisins
4 Green Cardamom, crushed

Recipe 3: Milagu Rasam
Ingredients
2 teaspoon Pepper Corns
1 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
2 Tomatoes, crushed
1 teaspoon Oil
1/4 teaspoon Mustard Seeds

1 bowl Spinach, chopped
