Cumin () - 2 tsp
Coriander Seeds ( ) - 2 tbsp
White Peppercorn ( ) - 1 tbsp
Coriander Stem & Roots ( ) - handful
Salt () - 1 tsp
Water - cup

For Red Thai Curry -
Ingredients:
Coconut Milk, thick ( ) - cup (120ml)
Red Thai Curry Paste ( ) - Quantity
Baby Corn, diced ( ) - Cup
Carrot, diced () - Cup
Water () - 2 cups (500ml)
Coconut Milk, thick ( ) - 1 cup (240ml)
Mushroom, diced () - Cup
Broccoli, florets () - Cup
Bamboo Shoot, diced ( ) - cup
Baby Brinjal () - 1 no
Kaffir Lime Leaves ( ) - 2-3 nos
Birds Eye Chilli ( ) - 1 no

Thai Basil Leaves ( ) - handful
Jaggery, crushed () - 2-3 tbsp
Salt () - to taste
