In this video I’ve shared tahari recipe. This is a famous recipe of Awadhi cuisine(UP) you can serve it with rayta. Its also known as One Pot Meal. I’ve tried to make it with basic ingredients and in no time. So try it and share your experience.

Preparation time: 15 minutes
Cooking time : 5 minutes
Serves: 2

Ingredients :
Vegetables:
Rice:1 cup(200gm appox)
Potato :2(medium)
Onion : 2 (medium)
Green chilly : 3(as per taste)
Tomato: 1 (medium)
Ginger garlic paste: 1 tsp
Soya badi: 20 gm(appox)

For tadka:
Bay leaves :1
Cloves:2
Cinnamon:1/2 inch
Cardamom:2
Cumin seeds: 1tsp
Dry red chilly : 1

Spices :
Turmeric powder: 1/4th tsp
Red chilly powder: 1/4th tsp
Coriander powder: 1 tsp
Garam masala: 1/4th tsp
Salt: as per taste
Ghee: 1tsp
Cooking oil: 3 ½ tbsp
Coriander leaves
