Spread the love! :)Download our App - http://bit.ly/DownloadIndiaFoodNetworkAppIngredients:Oil as needed1/2 stick butter, chopped2 dried red chillies1 tablespoon Garlic, chopped1 tablespoon Ginger, chopped2 large Tomatoes, pureed1 large Onions, pureed1 teaspoon Red Chili PowderSalt to taste1 teaspoon Coriander powder1 teaspoon Cumin Powder1 cup Mix Vegetables (beans, carrots, peas)1/2 Capsicum, chopped1 cup Paneer, chopped in cubes1 teaspoon Kitchen King MasalaWater as neededMethod:- Add oil and butter to a pan and let it get heated well. - Add dried red chillies, garlic & ginger and mix it well- Next, add tomato & onion puree to this. Mix it very well. The mixture should start changing colour. - To this add red chilli powder, salt, coriander powder and cumin powder and give it a good mix.- Slowly add the vegetables, capsicum and give it a good mix and let it cook for 5 mins. - After 5 mins, add the paneer, kitchen king masala & water. Mix it well.- Cover the pan and let this cook for 10-15 mins.- Serve hot!
