Add ginger garlic paste. - Add salt, turmeric and chilli powder. Cook for 2-3 mins. - Add veggies. Mix well. Cover and cook for 3-4 mins.- Add tomato puree. Cover again and cook until veggies are no longer raw ( approx 4-5 mins)- Add garam masala- Add fenugreek leaves and cilantro. Mix well. - Serve with Roti or rice
