Veg Manchurian gravy(बाजार जैसा वेज मंचूरियन ग्रेवी बनाने का तरीका)

Vegetable Manchurian is a popular Indo Chinese recipe made from cabbage, carrot and Mix corn flour which serves as a great side dish for fried rice or noodles. You can skip tomato-chilli sauce and just use Soya sauce. Adding lots of garlic is must in this recipe as it's bring wonderful taste.

Ingredients
100 gm grated cabbage
2 grated carrot.
1 small chopped capsicum
1 tablespoon Soya sauce
1 teaspoon chilly sauce
1 tablespoon tomato sauce
10-12 finally chopped garlic
2 finely chopped green chilly
1 inch finally chopped ginger
1 medium chopped onion.
1 spoon black pepper.
1 tablespoon salt.
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 tablespoon cornflower
1 tablespoon Maida
2 spring onion
200 gm cooking oil
