1/4 teaspoon Fenugreek Seeds
1-1/2 teaspoon Asafoetida
1/2 teaspoon Mustard Seeds
Curry Leaves
1/4 cup Tamarind Pulp
1/4 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
1/2 teaspoon Chilli Powder
Jaggery, small piece
Coriander Leaves
Salt, to taste
Oil

Recipe 2: Poondu Kulambu
Ingredients
2 tablespoon Gingelly Oil
1/4 teaspoon Mustard Seeds
1/4 teaspoon Fenugreek Seeds
1/2 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
1/2 cup Garlic Pods
1 cup Shallots
Salt, to taste
Curry Leaves
Asafoetida, a pinch
1 big Tomato, chopped
1/4 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
2 teaspoon Chilli Powder
2 teaspoon Sambar Powder

Ingredients
1/2 cup Coconut
1 small Carrot
1 small Brinjal
1 small Drumstick
1 small Potato
1/4 cup Flat Beans
1/4 cup French Beans
1/4 cup Bottle Gourd
1 tablespoon Coconut Oil
1 teaspoon Mustard Seeds
1/4 cup Yogurt
Curry Leaves
4 Green Chillies
1 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
Salt, to taste

Recipe 4: Dill Potato Fry
Ingredients
1 bunch Dill Leaves
1 big Potato, boiled
6 pods Garlic
1 small Tomato
1 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
50 grams Butter
10 Shallots
1 teaspoon Chilli Powder
1 teaspoon Ginger Garlic Paste
Salt, to taste
