Grind the above mixture to form a paste..For the Gravy • Heat oil, add Kashmiri chilly, onion and sauté till onions are golden brown. Add tomatoes, salt and Goda masala to the mixture.• Once nicely sautéed add the prepared kolhapuri masala, sauté it till the raw flavour is gone.• Add the vegtables to the mixture and cook for sometime.• Add coriander leaves and stir it for a while.• Remove it from the flame, plate it and garnish it with dried coconut, coriander leaves and fried green chilly.
