For Kolhapuri Masala
• Oil-2 Tbsp
• Poppy Seeds-1Tbsp
• Sesame Seeds-1Tsp
• Jeera-1Tsp
• Onion-10gms
• Kashmiri Chilly-04
• Ginger-10gms
• Garlic-1Tsp
• Dry Coconut-20gms

For Gravy
• Oil-2Tbsp
• Kashmiri Chilly-1No
• Onion -15gms
• Tomato-15gms
• Salt-To Taste
• Goda Masala-1Tsp
• Kolhapuri Masala Paste-125gms
• Carrot-20gms
• Cauliflower-20gms
• Green Peas-20gms
• French Beans-20gms
• Water as required
• Coriander Leaves-15gms

Method
For the Masala
• Make Kolhapuri masala using following ingredients Oil, poppy seeds, seasame seeds, jeera, onion, kashmiri chilly, ginger & garlic. Grind the above mixture to form a paste..

For the Gravy
• Heat oil, add Kashmiri chilly, onion and sauté till onions are golden brown. Add tomatoes, salt and Goda masala to the mixture.
• Once nicely sautéed add the prepared kolhapuri masala, sauté it till the raw flavour is gone.
• Add the vegtables to the mixture and cook for sometime.
• Add coriander leaves and stir it for a while.
• Remove it from the flame, plate it and garnish it with dried coconut, coriander leaves and fried green chilly.
