This Veg Kabab is very healthy and tastes also great. It resembles those Burger Patties that are so commonly used to make veg burgers. Children, as well as adults, will just love its taste. So what are we waiting for? Without any delay, let's start making this awesome Veg Kabab.

Ingredients in the order of instructions:
1 cup Chana Dal
2 cups Soya chunks
Salt to taste
1 tsp Red Chilli powder
1 tsp Cumin
1 tsp Fennel
1 tsp Garam masala
1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
1 tbsp Ginger Garlic paste
Juice of 1 Lemon
1&1/2 cups Water
3 Green Chillies
1 Onion
A handful of Coriander leaves
2 tbsp Ghee
