Just add a dash of cream cheese, sour cream and chilli, and there you have all the zing needed to lift you beyond mundane everyday worries.Preparation Time: 10 minutesMakes 1 cup Ingredients1 cup grated paneer (cottage cheese)1/2 cup fresh curds (dahi)5 tbsp grated carrot5 tbsp grated radish (mooli)2 tbsp finely chopped celery1 dry red chilli flakes (paprika)salt to tasteFor The Garnish1/4 tsp dry red chilli flakes (paprika)2 tsp grated carrot1/2 tsp chopped celeryFor ServingCream cracker biscuitsMethod1. Combine the paneer and curds and blend in a mixer to a smooth paste.2. Transfer the paste into a bowl, add all the remaining ingredients and mix well.3. Refrigerate for at least an hour.4. Garnish with dry red chilli flakes, carrots and celery.5. Serve chilled with crackers.
