Burnt Garlic Fried Rice

A quick and easy one pot burnt garlic vegetable fried rice with delightful bits of flavorful crispy, browned garlic and infused with simple chinese sauces. Check out the recipe below

Ingredients Quantity
Oil 2 tbsp
Garlic Cloves 10-12 no.
Onion (chopped) 1 small
Cabbage (chopped) ½ cup
Carrot (chopped) 2-3 tbsp
Capsicum (chopped) ½ small
Red Bell Pepper (chopped)½ small
Chilli Sauce 4 tbsp
Vinegar 1 tbsp
Soya Sauce 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Rice 2 ½ cups
Spring Onion 2 no.

Method
1. Heat oil in a pan, add garlic cloves and sauté till golden brown in color.
2. Add onion, cabbage, carrot, capsicum, red bell pepper and sauté well.
3. Add chilli sauce, vinegar, soya sauce, salt and sauté well for 2 minutes.
4. Add rice, spring onion and mix well.
5. Garnish it with some spring onions and serve hot.
