Coconut Rice/Pulao White Brinji
Ingredients:
Method:
Take a pan, Add Oil
Add 3 Cardamom
Add 3 Cloves
Add ½ inch Cinnamon Stick
Add 1 Bay Leaf
Add 1 sliced Onion
Add Salt to taste
Add 3 slit Green Chillies
Add 1 tsp Ginger Garlic paste
Add ½ chopped Carrot
Add ½ cup Cauliflower florets
Add 4 chopped Beans
Add 2 tb spn Soaked Kabuli Chana Dal
Add 2 sprigs Mint Leaves
Add 2 cups thin Coconut Milk
Bring it to a Boil
Add Soaked Basmati Rice
Cook it closed for 10 minutes
Add 1 roughly chopped Tomato
Rest it for 5 Minutes
Serve Hot
Tindora Fry
Ingredients:
Method
Take a Mixing Bowl
Cut Tindora length-wise as shown
Add Salt & mix Vigorously
Rest it for 5 Minutes
Add Soaked Cashew nuts
Add 1 tsp Ginger Garlic paste
Add ½ tsp Chilli Sauce
Add ½ tsp Soya Sauce
Add 2 tb spn Besan
Add 2 tb spn Rice Flour
Add 1 tb spn Corn Flour
Add some Oil
Add a drop of Red Colour
Add 1 tsp Chilli Powder
Add 1 tsp Coriander Powder
Rest it for 15 Minutes
Fry it on a medium heat
