COCONUT, GREENS
& SPROUTED ALMONDS
SMOOTHIE!


* I n g r e d i e n t s *
2 Thai Young Coconuts (ONLY ONE Young Coconut Water, but TWO Young Coconut Meats)
cup Almonds (first soak them in water overnight to sprout...then STRAIN them before using them in this recipe)
1 head Romaine Lettuce
1 Banana (I didn't have any on hand, but you could add one if you want to!)



* P r e p *
1) First open the young coconuts to get the coconut water outwatch this vid if you need help: http://bit.ly/u9Q4j. As you only need to use ONE coconut water in this recipe, pour one of the coconut waters into a separate glass to drink separately now, or save it for later! For the other coconut water, pour it straight into your Vita-mix blender, or whatever blender is the best blender for you: http://BLEND.life-regenerator.com

2) Using a melon baller or a spoon, scoop the young coconut meat out of the two coconuts and toss it into the Vitamix or blender as well.

3) Toss the sprouted almonds and the romaine lettuce leaves into the blender as well (and a banana too, if you want to add one!)

4) Blend at high speed until desired consistency is reached.

5) Pour into glasses, serve, and enjoy.. :D
