This is one of the most common & most loved cake vanilla cake and if it is eggless then its a bonus.
vanilla sponge cake is base of most cakes and this is a very easy recipe. For this recipe you do not need oven or microwave. I am making this cake in cooker you can also use kadhai as well.

It is very easy to make if you will follow given tips & trick:-

some important tip and tricks:-

1) Do not open the cooker/ kadhai before 25 mins
2) Use both oil and butter
3) Use everything at room temperature
4) Preheating is very important please do not skip
5) Do not skip condensed milk it will give very nice texture & flavour
6) Temperature should be at medium flame.
