Vanilla Chocolate Milk | Sanjeev Kapoor Khazana

A perfect pair! Vanilla cream center enhance the the complex flavor of our Milk Chocolate.

VANILLA CHOCOLATE MILK

Ingredients

1 teaspoon vanilla essence
½ cup chopped dark chocolate
1½ cups milk
¼ cup fresh cream
1 tablespoon castor sugar
Edible colourful sprinklers as required

Method

1. Take dark chocolate in a microwave proof bowl and heat in the microwave for 45 seconds. Remove from heat and mix till it melts.
2. Take fresh cream in another microwave proof bowl and heat in the microwave for 1 minute.
3. Take milk in a microwave proof jar. Add castor sugar and vanilla essence and mix.
4. Add hot cream to melted chocolate and mix till well incorporated. This is ganache.
5. Coat the rim of individual martini glasses with chocolate-cream mixture and edible colourful sprinklers.
6. Pour some ganache in each glass and refrigerate for 10-15 minutes.
7. Heat the sweetened milk in the microwave for 1 minute and pour it over set ganache.
8. Serve immediately.
