Ingredients:

For Red velvet Marble Cake:
3 cups cake flour
2 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup butter
2 & 1/2 cups caster sugar
1/2 cup plain yoghurt or curd
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
5 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1/3 cup cocoa powder
1 tablespoon red food colour
4-5 tablespoons milk
powder sugar to sprinkle on top (optional)

For Chocolate Cake with Ganache:

1/2 cup all-purpose flour (63 grams)
1/4 cup cocoa powder (24 grams)
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon instant coffee powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup vegetable oil (60 ml)
1/2 cup castor sugar (115 grams)
1 egg
1/4 cup buttermilk (60 ml)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
