Valentine's Day - Chicken with Tomato Cream Sauce

A quick and delicious chicken dish with a tomato cream sauce. Only five ingredients and seriously yummy! This video is a collaboration with Hani from "What To Cook Next". She made potatoes shaped in hearts to go with this chicken! Add a little salad and you have a perfect Valentine's Day meal!

2-4 chicken cutlets
2 tbls olive oil
3 cloves garlic
2 tbls rosemary
2 large tomatoes
3 tbls heavy cream
1 tbl parmesan cheese (optional)
