Ingredients:
3/4 cup Oil
1 kg Lamb meat
1 large Onion
2 medium Carrots
Salt to taste
1 tsp Black pepper
1/2 tsp Red chili powder
1 tsp Cumin powder
1 whole garlic
Water as required
2 cups rice
1/4 cup Black currant

Directions
In a pan heat oil, cook the lamb meat for 12-15 minutes.
Add onion and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add salt, black pepper, chili powder and cumin powder. Mix all well.
Place whole garlic in the center.
Add water, cover with the lid. Let it cook until the meat gets tender.
Add soaked rice, black currant and add water, cover with the lid and cook on low flame until rice gets tender.
Serve hot.
Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Cooking Time: 30-35 minutes
Serving: 4-5
