Utan na Langka | Ulam Pinoy | Low Budget Recipe | Humbang Nangka | Panlasang Pinoy

This is my favorite version of ginataang langka. It is called utan in our province in Romblon, Philippines. The recipe makes use of dried fish as a source of flavor. I used dulong for this recipe.

Ingredients
2 lbs. unripe jackfruit sliced
1 Knorr Shrimp cube
3 cups coconut milk
2 cups bago leaves sliced
1 cup dried fish dulong
2 onions chopped
5 cloves garlic chopped
3 Thai chili pepper
2 tablespoons vinegar
Fish sauce to taste
3 tablespoons cooking oil
