Wash Tata Sampann Whole Urad Dal with water for 2-3 times and soak in sufficient water for 3-4 hours.2. Grind the soaked urad dal with ½ cup water in a grinder to a coarse paste.3. Add asafoetida, crushed black peppercorns, coriander, green chillies, ginger, onion and salt. Mix well.4. Heat oil in a kadai and drop small portions in hot oil and deep fry till golden and crisp. Drain on an absorbent paper. 5.
