Ume Miso Salmon
Ingredients(Serves 1)
1/2 salmon fillet
1 umeboshi (pickled Japanese apricot)
1/2 tsp miso
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp sake
1 tsp mirin

Directions
1. Remove the seed from the umeboshi, then finely chop it into a paste.
2. Combine 1, miso, sugar, sake, and mirin.
3. Spread 1 over the salmon, then cook slowly in a frying pan over low to medium heat.

Mentsuyu & Pepper Shirataki
Ingredients(Serves 1)
1/2 package shirataki (konnyaku noodles)
1 Tbsp mentsuyu
2 tsp pepper

Directions
Cook the shirataki in a frying pan, then add mentsuyu and pepper.

Served With
sesame tofu
lettuce
red cabbage
carrot
