Boil rice until 80% done, strain and set aside.Directions for Gravy Preparation:Now, in another pot, heat oil, add onion and cook until they turn golden brown in color.Add ginger garlic paste and cook for a minute. Add green chilies and cook for another minute.Add tomatoes and cook until soft. Add 1/4 cup of water and cook for 5-6 minutes.Now add salt, red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, red chili flakes and cook for 2-3 minutes.Add 8 marinated chicken pieces and cook your chicken until completely done.Add yogurt and cook until oil separates.Garnish with coriander and mint, cover and cook for 10-15 minutes on low flame.Directions for Assembling:Layer another pot with chicken gravy with oil, then boiled rice, chicken gravy, boiled rice, orange food color, coriander, tomatoes, green chilies, lemon slices, mint.
